    We are currently in-network with multiple insurance plans. Co-pays and deductibles for our services range based on your coverage. Aetna Oxford United Healthcare Cigna
  • How does Telehealth work?
    Telehealth services allow individuals to access healthcare remotely through secure and HIPAA-compliant platforms to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality. You must be in New York at the time your session is taking place.
  • How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
    We understand that things come up. Please keep in mind that appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the session to avoid any charges. You can email your therapist directly or our administrator at hello@metropeacetherapy.com
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the session to avoid any charges. Clients who cancel a session with less than 24 hours' notice, or miss a session, will be charged a $100 cancellation fee to their credit card on file.
  • I don’t have insurance, can I still be seen?
    For those paying out of pocket we offer affordable out of pocket rates and can provide a superbill for those with out of network coverage.
  • What is the best way to contact the practice?
    The preferred method of contact is email, using the contact page on our website, or by phone. If you reach us by phone and we're unavailable, please leave a voicemail, and we'll promptly return your call.
